It’s time to level-up your coaching

but you’re not sure how to do it?

Well, you got the right gal.

I spent decades wandering through a jungle of careers. My life and spirituality has taken me to highs and lows (literally), around the globe and back again. My life experience has been essential to being a great coach - not just because of things I’ve learned but because of the person I’ve become. I have tackled my biggest fears including getting divorced, traveling alone, starting a business while homeless and jumping out of airplanes over 800 times. I clung onto and slowly traversed the rickety bridge of transformation while hanging vicariously between two very different lives. I can say I made it to the other side and

Today, I lead a life I never believed possible, and yet
there's always more room to level-up!

My most recent professional level-up was becoming a coach supervisor. I wasn’t sure what coach supervision training was or why it was so important when I signed up, but I knew it was going to change me at a whole new level. Supervision rocked my world by taking me again through myself and into professional maturity and mastery. It was almost as powerful as learning to skydive.

There was a special moment in my coach supervision training when I realized that in all my coach training courses, no one has ever taught the distinction of presence - what is it - what does it look and feel like and how do I develop it? So, I started exploring it more and discovered that my previous formal training in clairvoyance and intuitive healing was the linch pin for masterful coaching in my own practice.

It turns out the most effective way to coach is NOT being glued to competencies, it’s working with the soul of the client.

So, I found a reliable access point that allowed me to immediately see underlying patterns with my clients from the first session, transforming my coaching capacity and depth.

My Motto?

Life begins at the edge of your comfort zone.

Skydiving changed how I see myself and how I function in the world. It took 100 skydives before I didn’t want to throw up on my way to the drop zone. I kept going because I could see who I could be if I kept choosing every moment consciously and intentionally. Now I see myself as someone who can do anything and fear isn’t ever a barrier for any desired transformation.

This skydive video sums up 7 years of training and reaching the stage where I can start preparing for my penultimate goal of being on a head down world record.
